Do you use high pressure on siding?

No. We use a soft wash method—low pressure with professional solutions designed to safely lift organic buildup like algae and mildew. The goal is a thorough clean without stressing the surface.
What kinds of buildup does a house soft wash remove?

Soft washing is ideal for algae, mildew, grime, and organic staining that can make siding look dull or streaky. If there are specific stains (rust, oxidation, paint failure, sap, etc.), we can give you pricing on those on an as-needed basis after the house is washed.
Will this harm my landscaping?

We take careful precautions to protect plants and landscaping during the process. Every yard is a little different, so if you have sensitive plantings, let us know—we’ll treat them with extra care.
It depends on shade, moisture, nearby trees, and how quickly organic growth returns in your area. Most homeowners notice their home looks brighter and cleaner for a much longer time than with the old method of pressure washing with water alone. Also, we can recommend a maintenance rhythm that keeps it feeling easy.

Before we begin, we take simple, careful steps to protect the home—especially around electrical outlets, fixtures, door hardware, cameras, and other sensitive areas. Where appropriate, we cover and tape off areas that could be vulnerable to moisture, and we work with a method designed to be gentle on exterior surfaces.

What do you need from me before you arrive?
A few simple things help everything go smoothly:
Exterior water spigot on and accessible
Windows and doors closed and latched
Pets secured and children kept indoors during service
Move small items from work zones (mats, flags, décor, etc.)
If you have any known concerns (a tricky door seal, a spot that’s leaked before, a loose fixture), tell us ahead of time so we can take extra care
A standard house soft wash does not include detailed exterior window cleaning unless it’s included in your estimate. While we do spray and rinse the windows as well, a house wash will typically leave some water spots on your glass. If you’d like windows done at the same time, we can add it at a discounted rate so everything feels finished together.
